Our Vision
Aspiring Steps was founded by a small group of passionate parents and professionals who recognized the need for tailored programs and services for intellectually and developmentally delayed young women, particularly after they transition out of the school system.
By integrating community engagement, personal interests, life skills development, and vocational training where appropriate, we aim to empower our participants to lead happy and meaningful lives. Our Individualized Enrichment Plan (IEP) is designed to identify each participant's unique needs, interests, and goals.

Looking ahead, we plan to offer both short-term and long-term residential services in a safe, integrated environment to further support our participants’ growth and independence.
